Lighter gains 16% as CFTC filing nears – But LIT still needs…

Lighter [LIT] showed strong bullish pressure over the past three days. Since defending $2.5, the altcoin has continued to close higher. It flipped the $3 resistance level and rose to a local high of $3.2. At writing, Lighter traded around $3.18, up 16% on the daily charts. Over the same period, its Market Cap rose 17% to nearly $800 million, tracking the price recovery. Why is Lighter rising ahead of November?
