Lido Opens L2 Staking as LDO Fights to Hold Key Support

Lido now lets users stake ETH directly from four Ethereum Layer 2 networks through its main interface. Chainlink’s cross-chain protocol moves the funds to Ethereum mainnet behind the scenes. Lido keeps losing share of new staking deposits even as total staked ETH climbs. LDO has slipped below its 50-day average and is testing the floor of its August uptrend.
