Leonidas Calls on OpenSea to Add Bitcoin (BTC) Ordinals and Runes

Ordinals advocate Leonidas asked OpenSea on Oct. 22 to add support for Bitcoin-native inscriptions and Runes, after the marketplace’s mobile app launch described trading across more than 25 blockchains without naming Bitcoin. OpenSea announced Oct. 20 that its app was live for iOS and Android and offered trading in tokens and collectibles across more than 25 blockchains. The announcement did not identify Bitcoin as a supported network. The company’s compatibility guide also omits Bitcoin, but its update marker is more than three weeks old and may not reflect the complete current network list.
