LB Pharmaceuticals Posts $1.79 Loss Per Share in Third Quarter

LB Pharmaceuticals posted a net loss of $1.79 per share for the third quarter of 2026 as research and development costs climbed while it advanced two clinical trials. The Nasdaq-listed neuromedicines company released results for the quarter ended Sept. 30 on Nov. 5. The unaudited basic and diluted loss per share compared with $0.61 in the third quarter of 2025. Net loss reached $59.066 million, up from $3.556 million a year earlier. For the first nine months of 2026, net loss per share was $4.25, compared with $6.26 for the same period in 2025.
