Kforce Forecasts Q4 Revenue of $352 Million to $360 Million

Kforce expects fourth-quarter revenue of $352 million to $360 million, with diluted earnings per share ranging from $0.62 to $0.70. Its revenue outlook implies growth of 2.7% from the prior quarter and 7.2% from a year earlier at the midpoint, adjusted for billing days. The fourth quarter has 62 billing days, compared with 64 in the third quarter. Kforce expects low-single-digit sequential revenue growth after accounting for that difference. For the three months ended Sept. 30, Kforce recorded $357.8 million in revenue, a 7.5% increase from a year earlier.
