JFrog Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook as Q3 Revenue Grows 31% Year Over Year

JFrog Ltd. raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook after third-quarter revenue increased 31% year over year to $179.2 million, alongside a higher baseline cloud growth estimate. The updated full-year revenue range is $680 million-$682 million, up from $648 million-$652 million issued Aug. 6. CFO Ed Grabscheid raised JFrog’s baseline cloud growth estimate to 52%-54% during the Nov. 5 earnings call. JFrog’s cloud revenue guidance excludes contributions from usage above customers’ annual minimum commitments. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $179.2 million.
