The Carlyle Group expects at least $20 billion in Q4 2026 inflows and about $60 billion for the year, outlining its near-term pace for investor capital. Third-quarter distributable earnings were $1.12 per share, up 17% from a year earlier. Realized performance revenues drove the increase. Carlyle’s pending fee-earning assets under management stood at $28 billion. The pool could generate more than $230 million in annualized management fees once activated. Separately, the company expects flagship fund activations to lift management fees. Carlyle expects nearly $6 billion in signed exit deals to close in Q4, with some exits extending into 2027.
