Palomino Lands First Hyperscaler Order for AI MicroLED Chips

Palomino Laboratories, Inc. (OTCQB: PALX) announced Oct. 22 that it received its first purchase order from a hyperscaler for gallium nitride (GaN) MicroLED chips for AI infrastructure, marking a new step beyond prototype deliveries. The purchase order’s statement of work covers delivery of high-performance MicroLED chips. Under the statement of work, Palomino expects to improve its nanomaterial and MicroLED design to increase output power and fiber-coupling efficiency. The other MicroLED technical parameters on its platform meet the customer’s targets. The customer’s identity, order value, quantity and delivery schedule were not disclosed. Palomino targets AI connections spanning zero to 50 meters.
