Innovent's IBI354 Records 95% Response Rate in 20-Patient Breast Cancer Study

Innovent Biologics' experimental HER2-targeted drug IBI354 had a 95% confirmed response rate when paired with pertuzumab in a 20-patient study of advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. The Phase 2 study enrolled patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic disease. They received 9 milligrams of IBI354 per kilogram of body weight every three weeks alongside pertuzumab. The disease-control rate was 100% after a median follow-up of 9.6 months, and median treatment duration was 42.21 weeks. The results were presented at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid.
