Infinite Node Foundation Takes Over Punk Strategy, Cuts Token Fee to 5%

Infinite Node Foundation (NODE), the holder of CryptoPunks’ intellectual property, accepted Punk Strategy as a donation and took over its management. Its first change was to reduce the fee on trades of the project’s token to 5% from 10%. TokenWorks launched Punk Strategy in September 2025 as the first token in its Strategy series. Trading activity in the token is used to buy CryptoPunks and list them for resale. Proceeds from those sales are used to buy back and burn the token. Punk Strategy was developed by an independent team with no prior ties to NODE or CryptoPunks’ original creators.
