Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) reissued its Trade[XYZ] partnership announcement after deleting an earlier post, emphasizing that its proposed U.S. Hyperliquid-based perpetuals market remains subject to regulatory approval. The venue would operate separately from ICE's institutional futures business. It would offer around-the-clock contracts tied to crypto, stocks, indexes, commodities and foreign exchange through regulated futures commission merchants. A potential distribution route is an ICE and OKX joint venture, but its use depends on approval as a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and futures commission merchant. The proposed market is designed to meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering requirements, while leveraged trading would also depend on regulatory approval.
