ICE and Trade[XYZ] Agree on a U.S. Hyperliquid Perpetual Market

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and Trade[XYZ] have reached a definitive agreement to bring a U.S.-focused perpetual futures market based on Hyperliquid (HYPE) onshore, subject to regulatory approvals. Under the agreement, ICE would operate a regulated market and clearing structure. The plan is for a proposed market, not an operational launch.
