IBM Ventures Invests in Leena AI, Extending HR Services Ties

IBM Ventures has invested in Leena AI, adding a financial link to their existing HR services collaboration as the New York software company develops tools for handling employee work across corporate systems. Leena AI announced the investment Oct. 20 without disclosing its size or other terms. The investment is intended to support the company’s growth. Leena AI’s AI Colleague platform is designed to resolve employee requests and carry out tasks that require multiple steps across HR, IT and finance systems. It connects with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle and ServiceNow. Leena AI serves more than 500 enterprises globally.
