Husqvarna Swings to SEK 334 Million Third-Quarter Operating Loss

Husqvarna Group swung to a SEK 334 million third-quarter operating loss as falling sales and weak European demand for garden equipment reversed a year-earlier profit. Net sales totaled SEK 9,012 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, down 2% from SEK 9,204 million a year earlier. Organic sales fell 5%, while currency changes had a positive 3% impact. Husqvarna released its January-September results Wednesday at 1 a.m. ET (05:00 UTC). The operating result compared with income of SEK 141 million in the third quarter of 2025. Husqvarna’s reported operating margin fell to negative 3.7% from positive 1.5%.
