Dogecoin has a wallet, an app platform and payment tools. Where are the users?

Dogecoin Labs has gathered MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App under one company. Each product is at a different stage. Dogecoin Labs has brought three DOGE products under one organization, joining a consumer wallet, an application platform and merchant payment tools. The October 21 announcement identifies MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App as the products now operated together.
