Heimstaden adopts OpenAI tools for property management workflows

Heimstaden is using OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex to reshape parts of its residential property-management operation, according to an OpenAI customer case study published on 2026-11-03. The company says the effort is aimed at lowering costs, speeding up internal workflows and widening employee access to AI tools across Europe. OpenAI said Heimstaden’s leadership evaluated platforms in June 2025 before rolling out ChatGPT Enterprise internally in September 2025. The case study says half of employees were using the tool within two to three months of launch.
