Since Tuesday morning, a critical failure affecting the Google Cloud infrastructure in London has paralyzed a large part of the neobank Revolut’s services. Declined cards, impossible ATM withdrawals, and temporarily unavailable crypto wallets, the fintech is trying to reassure its 45 million users. The incident began early Tuesday morning, October 20, 2026, following a chain of technical issues in the Google Cloud Europe-West zone.
