GenLayer’s Internet Court is designed to evaluate disputed outcomes in agent-to-agent contracts through AI-validator panels, while available network activity figures do not show how many such cases have been handled. A consortium of 27 companies announced Internet Court on July 2 as an open standard connecting identity, negotiation, contracts, payments, escrow, execution and dispute resolution. It is software infrastructure for agent contracts, not a public judicial system. GenLayer’s “Intelligent Contracts” combine code with natural-language terms and can use web content and other unstructured information.
