Cipher Reports 3.4 GW of Potential Grid Capacity in 5.9-GW Pipeline

Cipher Digital reported Nov. 2 that its power-development pipeline totals about 5.9 gigawatts, comprising 3.4 GW of potential grid capacity and as much as 2.5 GW of possible on-site natural gas generation. The update accompanied Q3 2026 results as the company expands high-performance computing (HPC) leasing alongside its Bitcoin mining business. Revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was $26.7 million, compared with $71.7 million a year earlier, a 62.8% decline. Bitcoin mining generated $20.85 million, while HPC leasing brought in $5.85 million in the company’s first revenue from that business. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $9.96 million.
