Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse described the company as a “financial services, financial infrastructure company” during a Swell interview. In a separate Swell clip, Garlinghouse said XRP may suit some use cases and not others. He has also discussed Ripple’s use of fiat currency or Ripple USD (RLUSD) for part of a customer transaction in earlier TokenPost coverage .
