Both companies received Second Requests on Oct. 21. The Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period remains in effect until 30 days after both firms have substantially complied with their requests, unless the FTC ends the pause sooner. Under an Aug. 3 merger agreement, Curium would pay $102.50 in cash for each Lantheus share.
