France’s Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has warned that several operators are offering crypto assets or services in France without authorization, drawing attention to the risks consumers may face with unapproved providers. The AMF oversees French financial markets and investor protection. Its alert concerns offers of crypto assets as well as related services, rather than a single asset or type of service.
