Fox Factory Holding Corp. narrowed its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook on Nov. 5 as higher freight, commodity and fuel costs largely offset savings, trimming the range despite about $14 million in tariff refunds. The company projects full-year net sales of $1.35 billion to $1.38 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $143 million to $148 million excluding the refunds. Including the refunds, which Fox Factory received in the second and third quarters, the adjusted EBITDA range is $157 million to $162 million. The full-year outlook includes Marucci results through the Sept. 25 sale closing; fourth-quarter guidance excludes Marucci.
