Filecoin Trades Near $1.15 Before Its Solstice Network Upgrade

Filecoin (FIL) traded near $1.15 in an Oct. 17 technical snapshot ahead of its Solstice upgrade, while separate momentum calculations offered conflicting signals about the token’s short-term trend. The snapshot placed FIL at or above its seven-day simple moving average of $1.15 and above its 20-day average of $1.10, 50-day average of $0.96 and 200-day average of $0.87. It also gave a prior 24-hour range of $1.12 to $1.22. In that intraday snapshot, the MACD and signal line were both 0.0511, leaving the histogram at 0.0000.
