Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS) shares fell sharply Wednesday after J. P. Morgan lowered its rating over financial guidance and the chief financial officer’s exit. The bank moved FIS to Neutral from Overweight and cut its price target to $38 from $53. The downgrade came even though FIS posted third-quarter earnings above analyst expectations.
