FIBRA Prologis Revenue Rises 9% as Occupancy Falls to 96.5%

FIBRA Prologis generated $176.43 million in third-quarter revenue, up about 9% from the restated year-earlier period, even as occupancy and same-store cash net operating income growth weakened. Revenue was $176.430 million for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, compared with $161.799 million in the corresponding 2025 period. The increase was $14.631 million. The year-over-year growth rate is calculated from those reported totals. Lease revenue made up $159.586 million of the latest quarter’s total. Recoveries of lease expenses contributed $14.715 million, and other lease revenue added $2.129 million. Together, those three categories equal the reported $176.430 million total.
