Extreme Networks to Report Q1 Results With $334M to $339M Revenue Outlook

Extreme Networks is scheduled to release fiscal first-quarter 2027 results before U.S. trading opens Wednesday, with its August outlook putting quarterly revenue at $334 million to $339 million. The quarter ended Sept. 30. The results webcast is scheduled for 8 a.m. ET (12:00 UTC). In August, Extreme projected non-GAAP gross margin of 62.2% to 62.7%, non-GAAP operating margin of 14.7% to 15.3% and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.27 to $0.29. Its GAAP outlook included gross margin of 61.6% to 62.1%, operating margin of 1.6% to 2.4% and diluted EPS of $0.00 to $0.02.
