Evernorth to debut on Nasdaq as XRPN, holding 473 million XRP

Evernorth is set to enter the Nasdaq marketplace under the ticker XRPN following its recent business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II. The digital asset treasury company, which is focused on the XRP ecosystem, will begin trading as a public entity on Monday, October 12. Evernorth, led by CEO Asheesh Birla, specializes in digital asset treasury services and is deeply integrated with XRP. Currently, Evernorth holds around 473 million XRP tokens as part of its core holdings.
