Evernorth is a publicly traded digital asset treasury company built entirely around XRP, and its latest $80.7 million capital raise signals another step in an aggressive accumulation strategy. The Cantor Deal Evernorth has secured a committed equity financing arrangement with CF Principal Investments, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald. SEC filings dated October 23 show the company has the right to sell up to approximately 5.219 million newly issued common shares in tranches.
