Evernorth Names Former Coinbase Executive to Oversee $672M XRP Treasury

Evernorth appointed former Coinbase Asset Management co-chief investment officer Hugo Jeandesboz to oversee its XRP treasury after completing a SPAC merger and ahead of a planned Nasdaq listing. The company holds about $672 million in XRP, making the asset the center of its corporate treasury strategy. Jeandesboz will serve as chief investment officer and manage Evernorth’s investment strategy. Evernorth said it plans to use lending, liquidity provision and other yield-generating strategies to increase its XRP holdings and raise the amount of XRP represented by each share.
