Ethereum ETFs Outpace Bitcoin ETFs in Weekly Outflows, Reports Say

Both US spot crypto ETF categories bled cash last week, but Ethereum funds reportedly saw steeper losses than Bitcoin funds. US-listed spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds both registered net outflows last week. Two outlets, CryptoPotato and crypto.news, reported that investors pulled more money out of Ethereum ETFs than out of Bitcoin ETFs during the same stretch. Spot crypto ETFs have become a key barometer for institutional sentiment since their US launches. Bitcoin ETFs debuted in January 2024. Ethereum ETFs followed later that year. Weekly flow data from these products is closely watched by traders and analysts.
