Ether (ETH) moved above $2,400 and traded at $2,418 on Binance’s spot market at 1:35 p.m. ET Friday (17:35 UTC). Ether is the second-largest crypto asset by market capitalization. Fifteen minutes earlier, Ether traded at $2,398. Its price was down 0.87% over the prior hour. The two comparisons cover different time windows: the quarter-hour reading was below $2,400, while the latest snapshot was above it. Ether’s move above the threshold therefore coincided with a negative one-hour change in the same price update. Both figures are dollar-denominated spot prices from Binance.
