eGain Corporation posted $21.9 million in fiscal first-quarter revenue and non-GAAP earnings of $0.09 per share, beating estimates even as revenue declined 6.8% year over year. Revenue exceeded the estimate by $790,000. Non-GAAP earnings per share topped the estimate by $0.03. For fiscal Q2 2027, eGain expects total revenue of $21 million to $21.5 million.
