DevRev integrates GPT-6.1 Sol for autonomous enterprise self-service

DevRev has announced the integration of OpenAI's GPT-6.1 Sol model into its enterprise IT self-service platform, aiming to deliver autonomous self-service capabilities for both employees and customers. The system, branded as Computer and Operator, is designed to balance reasoning, speed, and cost while adhering to enterprise-grade operational workflows and permissions. GPT-6.1 Sol, introduced by OpenAI, features a 1,050,000-token context window, a maximum of 128,000 output tokens, and five adjustable reasoning-effort settings. The model also incorporates a Responses API for tool calling.
