Crypto.com Enters US Crypto Perpetuals Market for Retail Traders as Kraken and Kalshi Expand

Crypto.com has launched cryptocurrency perpetual contracts for eligible US retail traders, offering leverage of up to 5x through the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange, according to an announcement today (Tuesday). London's trading industry is coming home! The launch follows Kraken's introduction of CFTC-regulated perpetual futures in the United States in June. The contracts are available through Kraken Pro, alongside spot trading, margin trading and CME-listed cryptocurrency futures. Crypto.com had obtained a derivatives clearing organisation licence from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission for its affiliate, Crypto.com Derivatives North America, in September 2025.
