Chainalysis, one of the leading blockchain analysis companies, was the victim of a cyberattack using techniques associated with artificial intelligence. The company confirmed on October 30, 2026, that a hacker had accessed its internal systems and certain client data. Names, email addresses, and identifiers are among the compromised information. Crypto investigation records and passwords do not appear to have been affected, according to initial investigations.
