CoreWeave Inc. (CRWV), Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) and IREN Limited (IREN) each fell more than 3% in Monday's U.S. premarket, while their disclosures showed different revenue and financing profiles. At 5:14 a.m. ET (09:14 UTC), CoreWeave's premarket quote was $52.53, 3.14% below its $54.24 close Friday. Nebius was quoted at $153.00 at 5:05 a.m. ET (09:05 UTC), down 3.62% from $158.74. IREN stood at $24.15 at 4:56 a.m. ET (08:56 UTC), a 3.03% decline from $24.91. Each change compares a separate premarket observation with that stock's Friday close.
