Con Edison Declares a $0.8875 Quarterly Dividend Per Common Share

Con Edison declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.8875 per common share on Oct. 15, with payment scheduled for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Nov. 18. The declared amount matches the quarterly rate set in July. In January, Con Edison raised the rate from $0.85 to $0.8875 per share, an annualized increase of $0.15.
