Hingham Institution for Savings set a $0.63 cash distribution per share for Nov. 12 after board approval on Sept. 30. Shareholders on the bank’s register by Nov. 2 will qualify for the payment, which marks its 131st consecutive quarterly dividend. The Massachusetts-based bank’s common stock trades on Nasdaq under the symbol HIFS. The dividend amount matches the $0.63 per common share listed for the third quarter of 2025. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, net income was $12.674 million, compared with $17.295 million a year earlier.
