CoinDCX Will Cover Operational Losses After Deposit Process Failure

CoinDCX will cover operational losses tied to a failure in its deposit collection process for retired addresses, after a Salus executive alleged wallets linked to the Indian exchange transferred 15.99 million USDT and 5,783.81 TRX. Salus Chief Marketing Officer Darcy placed the transfers at 11:35:54 a.m. ET Oct. 21 (15:35:54 UTC), from CoinDCX-linked hot and deposit wallets to an address on the TRON network. The largest single transfer was 15,819,002 USDT. CoinDCX said the addresses were created in January 2025, compromised in a July 2025 security incident and later retired.
