Coinbase partners with Thunes to expand stablecoin payments to 140 countries

Coinbase has partnered with global payments infrastructure provider Thunes to expand stablecoin payments and enable international payouts directly to local bank accounts and mobile wallets. Announced Monday at the Money20/20 USA conference in Las Vegas, the collaboration will combine Coinbase’s stablecoin infrastructure with Thunes’ global payment network, which supports transactions across more than 140 countries and 90 currencies.
