Coinbase Opens AI Agent Derivatives Trading to Eligible Traders

Coinbase said global derivatives trading through Coinbase for Agents is now available to eligible traders, with markets supported by Deribit for around-the-clock trading. Coinbase said customers can connect their accounts to AI platforms they commonly use to research markets and develop strategies, with trading subject to account limits. Coinbase for Agents launched June 11, allowing AI agents to trade and make payments through Coinbase accounts within limits set by customers. On Oct. 19, Coinbase identified five index markets and perpetual contracts covering more than 20 tokens for AI agents . Simon Yoon reports on blockchain technology for TokenPost.
