Coinbase Derivatives to Go Temporarily Offline This Date in October: Reason

This weekend, Coinbase Derivatives, Coinbase's regulated futures exchange, will pause trading activity for scheduled maintenance. Coinbase Markets ' X account announced that Coinbase Derivatives will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 5:00 AM CT. Maintenance is expected to last 9 hours. During the maintenance , trading futures and perpetual futures on Coinbase Financial Markets will be unavailable; however, account access will remain unchanged. This implies that users should still be able to access their accounts, although they will not be able to trade derivatives products during the maintenance period.
