Coinbase and Nansen Expand AI Tools for Crypto Trading Access

Coinbase and Nansen are expanding artificial-intelligence tools that connect natural-language software with crypto trading infrastructure, while keeping different levels of control over transaction execution. Coinbase launched Coinbase for Agents on June 11, 2026. The service allows AI agents to trade and make payments through Coinbase accounts within limits set by users. “By giving your AI agent direct access to Coinbase, your AI agent can now do both financial reasoning and execution,” Coinbase said. The system is available through the Model Context Protocol and a command-line interface.
