Cobo’s consumer wallet app will close at 11 a.m. ET (16:00 UTC) Nov. 30, 2026, giving users until the transfer deadline to withdraw assets before leftover balances begin accruing monthly fees. The cutoff corresponds to midnight UTC+8 on Dec. 1. Users should replace or remove Cobo Wallet receiving addresses saved on exchanges, mining pools and other platforms to prevent future transfers from going to an inactive wallet. Assets remaining after the shutdown will incur a monthly account-management fee of 2% of the remaining holdings, subject to a minimum equivalent to $100 per month.
