Claude’s New Personal Finance Tool Can Read Two Years of Transactions

End of month can turn into a scavenger hunt across bank apps: where did the money go, and which charges explain the total? Anthropic’s new Personal Finance feature connects chosen bank and card accounts to Claude so a user can ask questions about spending. The useful distinction is right in the name of its limit: read-only access lets Claude inspect and analyze data, not take financial actions. The feature starts rolling out in beta this week in the United States for subscribers on Pro, Max, and Ultra plans.
