Circle removes USDC redemption surcharges as Express keeps its 0.05% fee

Circle is removing its separate net-redemption overage fee from USDC and EURC conversions into fiat under a revised Circle Mint fee schedule that starts taking effect Oct. 19, 2026. Existing customers move onto the pricing at the start of their next billing period on or after that date. Under the public schedule, institutional customers can choose Standard redemptions with no Circle redemption fee or Express redemptions charged at 0.05% of the gross amount before credits. The overage surcharge disappears across all tiers, while the Express base fee remains.
