Circle issued $1.5 billion in USD Coin (USDC) on Solana in six transactions over a 24-hour period ending Oct. 22, marking a substantial short-term increase in the amount of the stablecoin issued through the network. Each of the six transactions was $250 million, totaling $1.5 billion. The issuance is one day’s activity within a much larger 2026 total. Circle’s cumulative USDC issuance through Solana for the year reached $110.51 billion as of Oct. 22, a separate figure covering activity across the year rather than the same 24-hour window.
