Cipher Digital said Nov. 2 it is discussing opportunities for up to 1,000 megawatts of gross data-center capacity powered by on-site generation, with energization targeted for 2027–28. The estimate reflects ongoing discussions between prospective tenants and independent power producers working on the projects.
