CertiK, V Systems and ZICO Sign MOU to Support Tokenized Finance Across Asia

CertiK , blockchain infrastructure provider V Systems and Malaysian law firm Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (ZICO) have signed a memorandum of understanding to support banks and other regulated institutions developing tokenized financial products across Greater China and Southeast Asia. The MOU was signed at Cyberport during a session of the Cyberport Venture Capital Forum 2026, held as part of Hong Kong FinTech Week. Under the agreement, the three organizations intend to combine their expertise in blockchain infrastructure, digital asset security and legal advisory to help financial institutions address the requirements of issuing and deploying tokenized products.
